cold sore on lip; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional and described the occurrence of cold sores lip in a 85-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number EK225, expiry date 10-MAR-2027) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included cold sores. Concurrent medical conditions included hypertension. Concomitant products included atorvastatin, citalopram, clopidogrel, furosemide, levetiracetam, losartan, metoprolol and pantoprazole. On 19-NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (unknown deltoid) .5 ml. On 22-NOV-2025, 3 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced cold sores lip (Verbatim: cold sore on lip). The outcome of the cold sores lip was resolving. The reporter considered the cold sores lip to be possibly related to Shingrix. The company considered the cold sores lip to be possibly related to Shingrix.
