Symptom narrative

I have reached out to the family twice with no call back so I am at the time of reporting unable to confirm if any adverse reaction has occurred, however to have an official record of the event I have created this report. Patient was administered 12+ Comniraty instead of 6-11 year old dose. Excepted adverse events would include flu-like reaction.
