Symptom narrative

The patient fainted on her way out of the pharmacy. She did not hit her head or lose consciousness. She sat for a minute and had a drink, then her parents decided to take her home. They declinded the offer of an ambulance. I spoke with her mom this evening. Her mom said she was fine the rest of the day and just slept and ate. I asked her to call if she needed anything.
