No additional AE/ No PQC reported; administering a dose of VARIVAX after short date of vaccine from temperature excursion; This spontaneous report was received from a registered nurse and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 11-NOV-2025, the vaccine Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) had short date of temperature excursion, then on 12-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly stored dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) 0.5 mL, lot #Y017915, expiration date: 28-Oct-2026 (strength, dose number, route, and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. No adverse event reported.
