patient moved during administration and only received half the dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via other manufacturer and described the occurrence of accidental underdose in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced accidental underdose (Verbatim: patient moved during administration and only received half the dose). The outcome of the accidental underdose was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 24-NOV-2025 No additional information and adverse event provided.
