had a cold sore maybe 10 times; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of cold sores in a adult female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included cold sores (at least every other month before vaccine). In 2023, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix and the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix and Shingrix, the patient experienced cold sores (Verbatim: had a cold sore maybe 10 times). The outcome of the cold sores was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the cold sores to be related to Shingrix and Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the cold sores to be related to Shingrix and Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 25-NOV-2025 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The follow-up could not be possible as no contact details were available. Patient reported that she got two shots. Patient use to get cold sores a lot, especially when she was stressed out. Since patient got the vaccine 23, patient had a cold sore maybe 10 times. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
