Symptom narrative

Kinrix administered to a 7-year-old patient; This non-serious case was reported by the other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 7-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) for prophylaxis. On 29-AUG-2025, the patient received Kinrix .5 ml. On 29-AUG-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix administered to a 7-year-old patient). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 25-NOV-2025 The reporter wanted to know if the vaccine should be re-administered. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
