her injection site is still really sore; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of VACCINATION SITE PAIN (her injection site is still really sore) in a female patient of an unknown age who received mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The suspect product included Pre-filled Syringe injection for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. On 21-Nov-2025, the patient received dose of mRNA-1283 (MNEXSPIKE PFS) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient started Pre-filled Syringe (unknown route) at an unspecified dose. In November 2025, the patient experienced VACCINATION SITE PAIN (her injection site is still really sore). At the time of the report, VACCINATION SITE PAIN (her injection site is still really sore) had not resolved. No concomitant medication was reported. Patient received mNEXSPIKE vaccine on Friday night (assumed to be 21-Nov-2025) and her injection site was still really sore. She would like to know what to do about that and stated that this was a different experience that what she had with her last shot. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events. No treatment medication was reported. No causality was provided.
