Other Case identifier(s): AE-021694 (BioNTech). A female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), in Apr2021 as dose 2, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (DOSE 1, SINGLE), administration date: Apr2021, for Covid-19 immunization. The following information was reported: ESSENTIAL THROMBOCYTHAEMIA (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "Blood thrombosis/ Essential Thrombocytosis with a CALR exon 9 mutation/ blood cancer". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: Blood test: Unknown results, notes: every month for over a year, currently she is down to one every three months. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of essential thrombocythaemia. The patient shared her personal experience, stating that after receiving two Pfizer doses in Apr2021, she developed blood thrombosis and was later diagnosed with Essential Thrombocytosis with a CALR exon 9 mutation, which her doctor described as a form of blood cancer. She claimed the vaccine caused this condition. She stated Pfizer gave her blood cancer. She now has to take hydroxyurea every day. This is chemo in a pill. Plus, she had to have blood test every month for over a year, currently she is down to one every three months. This shot has cost her health and a lot of dollars.
