Symptom narrative

Headache with extreme dizziness nausea and loss of appetite starting 12 hours after dose was administered. Extreme aches, pain, and stiffness in muscles across entire body as well as pain in joints (ex. hips, ankles, everywhere.). Fever, trembling, chills. Weakness in entire body (ex. could not sit up or stand for more than 2 minutes at a time, trouble turning over in bed. Stomachache and painful defecation. On day 3 as I write this. Still feeling ill but, muscle aches and chills have started to go away, but every other symptom still remains.
