Symptom narrative

Kinrix underage; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 2-month-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 4L454, expiry date 16-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 18-NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Kinrix. On 18-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Kinrix underage).
