Symptom narrative

Pharmacist adminisering vaccine took a long time from inserting needle into arm of the patient and given the vaccine. Needle was in the arm for approximately 15 seconds according to the patient. Patient was experiencing loacalized reactions that seem to be more severe than usual including redness swelling and feeling ill.
