No additional AEs were reported; The healthcare worker is reporting that a patient received improperly stored vaccine; This spontaneous report was received from an other health professional (reported as healthcare worker) and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 29-May-2025, the patient received improperly stored Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), (lot #Y009341, expiration date: 24-Nov-2025, dose and strength were unknown) administered by Oral route for prophylaxis (Product storage error). No additional adverse events were reported, no further information provided. Operator Of Device: Health Professional. Administered doses of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ) experienced the temperature excursion below 31.3 Fahrenheit degrees for 15 minutes. No previous temperature excursions reported.
