No AE reported; patient was administered an expired dose of ROTATEQ; This Spontaneous report was received from Physician Assistant (Medical assistant) and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 21-NOV-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent Oral solution (ROTATEQ), 1 dosage form, administered orally, once, as prophylaxis (Batch/Lot Number 2032354 has been verified to be valid for Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent Oral solution [ROTATEQ], expiration date 12-NOV-2025; dose number and exact dose were not provided) (Expired product administered).
