The patient did not show any symptoms.; pregnant patient received GARDASIL 9 instead of "TDap" due to a human error.; pregnant patient received GARDASIL 9 instead of "TDap" due to a human error.; This spontaneous report was received from a healthcare worker concerning a 35-year-old pregnant female patient. Her medical history included in vitro fertilization. She was 29 weeks of pregancy. Her concomitant therapies included levothyroxine and vitamin d. On 13-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9), prefilled syringe, lot number: Z008262, expiration dtae reported as 22-DEC-2027, but upon internal validation established as 22-FEB-2027, administered 1 dosage form as prophylaxis (route or site of administration were not reported). It was reported that the patient was supposed to be vaccinated with Diphtheria vaccine toxoid;Pertussis vaccine acellular;Tetanus vaccine toxoid (TDaP) (incorrect vaccine administered, vaccine exposure during pregnancy). No adverse events were reported.
