The patient's medical history , current conditions and concomitant medications were not reported. On 26-Nov-2025, the patient was vaccinated with a first pediatric dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated Suspension for injection (VAQTA) dose:0.50 mL, total, Lot Number: Z013008, expiration date: 17-Oct-2026) for Prophylaxis (Underdose). Operator of the device was a health care professional. The reporter mentioned that patient never received any doses before the age of 19 as this was their initial dose.
