Symptom narrative

She has not yet received her second dose, and it has been more than 6 months; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on 02-MAY-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: She has not yet received her second dose, and it has been more than 6 months). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 26-NOV-2025 The patient self-reported this case for herself. The patient stated that she had received her first dose of Shingrix on May 2. She had not yet received her second dose, and it had been more than 6 months. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
