Joint pain; Aches; Mild fever; Chills; I feel terrible; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via other manufacturer and described the occurrence of joint pain in a patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included respiratory syncytial virus infection (had 2 years ago). On 26-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy .5 ml. On 27-NOV-2025, 1 days after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced joint pain (Verbatim: Joint pain), pain (Verbatim: Aches), fever (Verbatim: Mild fever), chills (Verbatim: Chills) and feeling bad (Verbatim: I feel terrible). The outcome of the joint pain, pain, fever, chills and feeling bad were unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the joint pain, pain, fever, chills and feeling bad to be related to Arexvy.
