Upon receipt of follow-up information on 18Nov2025, this case now contains all required information to be considered valid. This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP, Program ID. An elderly female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: CARDIAC DISORDER (medically significant), outcome "unknown", described as "severe heart damage". Clinical course: The reporter (son of patient) stated that his mother has severe heart damage, likely from COVID-19 and multiple injections of @[Pfizer](Withheld) \(Withheld](Withheld)\) poison. He also stated his next-door neighbors in (Withheld) continue to harass his elderly, Widowed and severely covid-19/covid-19 vaccine-injured\(she received multiple doses of \@pfizer \(Withheld)\) mother with threats of fines and lawsuits - instead of contacting him directly. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162b2 will be requested and submitted if and when received.
