administration of expired IPOL dose with no reported adverse event; Initial information received on 24-Nov-2025 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a nurse. This case involves an unknown age and unknown gender patient who had administration of expired IPV (VERO) [IPOL] dose with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On 24-Nov-2025, the patient had of administration of expired dose of IPV (VERO) Suspension for injection (lot W1C751M, expiry date- 18-NOV-2025) (strength: standard) via unknown route in unknown administration site for Immunization; with no reported adverse event (expired product administered) (latency- same day). It was reported, ''Nurse wanted to know if there is any grace period after the vaccine expires. Nurse manager asked if there will be an increased reaction because the patient just had the vaccine''. Action taken was not applicable.
