Symptom narrative

Patient started experiencing symptoms over a week ago. She states that the doctor first thought she might have an MRSA infection. They gave her Bactrim and did a culture but it came back as a "surface infection". She reports that the bacteria found was Phoaceicole Vulgatus. They changed her antibiotic to Augmentin. She symptoms were: fast heart rate, open sores on face, chest mouth and fingers, peeling skin, itching, swelling, sore nose and eyes, blisters, rash, joint point (especially in the right hip), and hives.
