Symptom narrative

Patient came in today to the pharmacy stating she received the shingles vaccination on 10/27/25 but had nerve pain. She wasn't sure if it was her fibromyalgia acting up, since she does suffer from that. Patient stated she had nerve pain for about 3 weeks. She also stated she had a mild knot for a few days. Patient stated she has had nerve pain in the past due to her fibromyalgia.
