Symptom narrative

Patient developed intermittent hives which progressively worsened throughout the course of her symptoms with progressive angioedema. No shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, throat or tongue swelling. Patient was treating symptoms at home with Allegra 1x/day and Benadryl at night with temporary improvement of symptoms. Patient was treated today (11/29) with prednisone burst and taper with recommendation to increase Allegra dosing to twice daily.
