Symptom narrative

Patient fainted about 2 minutes after receiving Flucelvax. His mother and I picked him up from the floor and laid him on a couch in the vaccination room. He woke up immediately, but was breathing rapidly. He said he felt hot, but his skin was cold and clammy. He laid for a few minutes and I called 911 to evaluate him. The EMS determined he did not required hospitalization. His mother brought him to the hospital willingly to have him evaluated by medical staff just in case.
