Symptom narrative

Pt came to get her Gardisal vaccine with father who was here to get his shingles vaccine. The technician accidentally gave father the Gardisil vaccine and pt the Shingrix Vaccine. Patient spiked a low grade fever later that night and rash on the arm where she was injected. Pt was given Tylenol and Ibuprofen and symptoms resolved.
