Patient received Capvaxive 0.5ml intramuscularly on her left deltoid muscle on 11/22/25. Patient complained of fever and redness on the injection site, and chest heaviness and went to the ER on 11/26/25. Patient received Prednisone 20mg daily and benadryl 25mg from the doctor. Patient is mobile, and breathing normally without distress, and conscious upon discharge. Patient mentioned the redness on her arm comes and goes. She was consulted at consultation window when she picked up her medication on 11/28/25.
