Patient fainted after getting both vaccines in the same arm. She was unconscious but she was breathing and shaking for 20 seconds. I started talking to her to wake her up, she opened her eyes but she was fizzy so we got her water. Then she layed on the floor to rest and put her legs up. Checked her Bp was 104/70 which is her normal. She was monitored and had some air, We also had the ambulance come they checked her vitals was normal. Then she drink water and juice and felt better. We monitored her for 20 mins and she was good. Pt stated she was dehydrated didnt not eat anything since the morning and worked out at 11:00am so what happened was due to that.
