Symptom narrative

Two days after receiving the vaccine I had strong pain and inflammation in an area much wider than the site of the injection, including the arm and axillary area. The doctor prescribed NSAIDs, but the pain persisted. The doctor also prescribed an US, which showed impingement, bursitis, biceps tendonitis, and partial tear of the supraspinous tendon. I was referred to an orthopedist who prescribed more NSAIDs and oral corticosteroids, and an MRI. The MRI results confirmed US findings but specified almost total tear of the supraspinous tendon.
