Symptom narrative

Following the Tdap shot administration on 4/2/25, my son developed drop foot on his left foot, the next day - 4/3/25. He has since then been to the ER on 4/5/25 where an MRI was performed. Follow up appointment was done with the the PCP offfice where shot was administered, and upon request, my son was referred to physical therapy on 4/14, was referred to the neurologist, who also referred him for physiatry on 7/31/25. A brace was also made for him through a prosthetic office, to address his drop foot. Unfortunately, his left foot still makes flappy sound till date, whenever he walks.
