Symptom narrative

tingling of mouth, gums, tongue. numbness of lip and throat. Difficulty speaking and swollowing. Pepcid and solumedrol IV. Nebulizer treatment. EPI pen, benadryl IV. PO benadryl every 6 hours the next day for throat and neck tightness.
