Symptom narrative

On 11/11/25, I began having burning skin on the inner aspect of my right thigh, on 11/12/25, this same burning pain began under my right breat and radiating around my chest. Later the same day, the pain began at my umbilicus and spread throughout my right side and back. At this time the burning pain on my right leg had radiated to the outer aspect of my leg. On 11/15/25, I began having an "electrical like" feeling from the right side of my face, around to my eye and the right side of my mouth. The pain is intense and I cannot stand even the lightest touch to my skin. I did NOT develop a rash. On 11/21/25, I saw my PCP who refered me to a Neurologist. I saw the neurologist on 11/25/25, his dx PHN/Shingles.
