Symptom narrative

Patient called and reported on 11/30/2025 that they are still experiencing Shoulder pain in their left shoulder where they received the COVID vaccine. Patient reported that they are able to move their arm in most position but have pain in certain positions and at night they sometime get radiating pain. Patient reported not using any OTC or prescription medication or home remedy to alleviate the pain.
