Symptom narrative

Expired dose; inappropriate age at vaccine administration; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 10-year-old female patient who received RSVPreF3 adjuvanted (Arexvy) (expiry date 19-NOV-2025) for prophylaxis. On 21-NOV-2025, the patient received Arexvy. On 21-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Arexvy, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose) and inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: inappropriate age at vaccine administration). The outcome of the expired vaccine used and inappropriate age at vaccine administration were not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 26-NOV-2025 The vaccine administration facility was the same as primary reporter. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
