Symptom narrative

Slight increase in distribution of chronic numbness in her toes/dorsum of the feet, increased cervical neck pain (chronic issue) and newly some low back pain. She was denying any weakness at that time. Her patellar reflexes were 2+ symmetric, achilles 1+ symmetric. At that time she was attributing onset to travel with prolonged plane flights and prolonged sitting at a conference she departed for on 9/21/25.
