Symptom narrative

Reported Symptoms: 10034484:PERICARDITIS; Narrative: Pt is a 78 yo male, received dose 3 of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine on 9/7/2021 and presented to ED on 9/24/21 with SOB and chest pain with negative troponin and negative EKG. SED and CRP elevated both to 50. PT evaluated by Cardiology who agreed with diagnosis of pericarditis. Symptoms resolved with colchicine and ibuprofen therapy for pericarditis. Other Relevant HX: Other: pericarditis

Lab data

PT with pericarditis. Negative troponins and negative EKG but elevated CRP to 50 and SED to 50. SOB and CP improved with NSAID treatment
