Symptom narrative

Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Dad was told by school nurse to notify pharmacy because child was complaining that arm was still sore/painful- pharmacist had informed during time of injection soreness, redness, tiredness may happen, keep arm moving, can rub in or ice up. If any fever or pain still persist can take tylenol/ibup but should subside after 2-3 days. Dad informed school that conversation had taken place the 1st day but nurse wanted rx to be informed of the situation. 1st day no issue, soreness started on day 2.
