Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Severe, Systemic: warm at injection site-Mild, Systemic: Unable to Sleep-Mild, Additional Details: unable to sleep due to pain on the right arm. unable to drive with right hand/clean. no redness/bruising at site. complains of pain radiating to hand. patient was taking acetaminophen pm x1 and then Tylenol and ibuprofen with limited relief. Was given medrol dosepak at urgent care at 7am on 11/22/2025.
