Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: Patient sat down after her immunization waiting for mother's turn to get the her immunization. She got woozy then fainted, falling to the floor. She bit her lip and bumped her head. We called 911. After a couple of minutes she wanted to sit up, so we had her sit in the immunization room. Then the EMTs arrived to take care of her. Afterwards, her mom said that they were going home not to the hospital.
