Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Severe, Systemic: Body Aches Generalized-Severe, Additional Details: Patient says she has swelling at the injection site, it turned red and feels very hot. She said the swelling and redness kept spreading upto her shoulder and down to the elbow of her arm. She said she went to the urgent care and was told she got cellulitis from vaccine administration. She stated she was given clindamucin shot at the clinic and was discharged with doxycycline therapy for 7 days and recovering at home.
