Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: Patient called and said that she believes she did not receive the vaccine in the muscle (it was more of a subcutaneous injection). Local side effects only= redness, swelling.
