Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient was concern about the redness and itching she was experiencing after injection. She stopped by two days after and her arm was very red. She complain about the redness and itching. Patient was recommended to go see her doctor. After doctor visit we followed up patient and her doctor said that she had an allergic reaction and to colosely monitor the progress of the injection site.
