Systemic: none of the above-Mild, Additional Details: We did a flu clinic at [withheld] nursing home where patient was given a high dose flu shot. We had billing issues at that time and did not get a paid claim. Upon working through it back at our store the claim was rejected by the insurance stating that they had already recieved a flu shot this year.
