Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: pt says he has pain in the back of his shoulder he claims the shot was given in the back of his shoulder and all his pain is radiating from that spot says it hurts to move his arm but it all radiates from that spot if you put you hand on the top of your shoulder where you fingers hit is where his pain is he claims that is the spot the medication was injected
