Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Systemic: reduced range of motion (shoulder)-Medium, Systemic: Joint Pain-Medium, Additional Details: Pt reported persistent pain which she described as muscle pain (like a needle), and reduced range of motion in right shoulder joint, since receiving vaccine. Pt did not report vaccine as being administered too high or too low.
