Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: approximately 2 minutes after the flu shot was administered the patient passed out. They had remainded seated because of a previous issue with lightheadedness after an immunization it took approximately 7 to 10 minutes for the patient to regain consciousness while being physically stimulated and verbally spoken too. An ambulance was called. they observed patient took bp (normal but slightly low at 96/65 and a blood sugar which was reported as normal. Patient chose to go home with his father
