Symptom narrative

Hives on full torso, arms, legs at 36 hrs post immunization as well as increased throat swelling and hoarseness. The respiratory/ throat began the evening of the vaccine yet I wasn?t sure if it was his sinus cold returning or the shot.

Current illness

Mild Sinus cold 11/23/25 to11/27/25 without a temperature, otc meds taken such as mucinex, Tylenol cold & sinus.

Allergies

None identified - yet adverse reaction of Hives on entire torso, arms and legs presented on Nov 29,2025 a visit to the ER verified negative tests results for Covid 19, Strep and Flu A/B

Lab data

Emergency room visit on Saturday 11/29/25 to assess hives and throat reaction. They gave him 60 mg Prednisone tablets and a rx for four day sippy if needed. Tests for COVID-19, Strep, and Flu A/B were all negative. Hives were all gone by 1pm Sunday 11/30 yet returned later in the evening requireing a doze of prednisone and Benadryl to alleviate. Hive are not present Monday morning 12/1 yet voice is hoarse
