Symptom narrative

11/22/25 bright red itchy rash from torso to upper thighs, managed by OTC meds Claritin, Famotidine, and hydrocortisone. 11/23/25 rash had spread to whole body, itching unmanageable with meds, encouraged by employee health to report to ER for treatment, injections and prescription meds ordered. 11/26/2025 rash and itching subsided.
