Symptom narrative

Patient had 2 vaccines administered into her left arm on 11/24/2025-flucelvax PFS and Capvaxine). On 11/27/25 she started having some itching and redness at the injection site. On 11/29/2025 she called the pharmacy and said there is itching, redness, and some puffiness and the area has gotten bigger, approx 5 inches in diameter now. I recommended some ibuprofen and cool compresses few times daily for swelling, and an antihistamine like zyrtec/benadryl/claritin for the itching as well as could do some hydrocortisone cream for itching/swelling. I recommend to be seen by PCP/urgent care if area continues to get bigger or if recommended products don't help. I tried to call her this morning (12/1) to follow up but it went to voice mail.
