got lightheaded after the shots and fell in the hallway and whacked her head on the floor causing an egg and a 1cm laceration at the bottom for which 2 staples were placed, area cleaned with saline to get as much blood out of her thick hair as possible, 15mL tylenol given, achieved hemostasis at 4:43pm
