Cellulitis reaction at right arm injection site. Patient required 2 weeks of hospital treatment with intensive antibiotic therapy (Antibiotic therapy unknown/not reported to pharmacy. Patient reports being discharged after 2 weeks of inpatient treatment (anticipated discharge of 11/21). Hospital staff reported high risk of sepsis requiring patient to maintain being monitored within ICU.
